Get Ready for Greater Coaching Success!

What are you truly capable of as a coach?

If you’re ready to find out, and rise to the next level of success with your coaching, it’s time you work with a mentor coach — someone intimately familiar with the obstacles you face in becoming the successful coach you know you can be.

Now you can “grow yourself” as a coach with Mentor-Coaching Services from Coaching with Intention.

Like coaching, mentor-coaching is a partnership that provides you with a safe and trusting environment to develop your confidence as a coach and to create a rich and rewarding coaching career.

"As my mentor coach, Lisa Kramer wholeheartedly supports my personal and professional growth. When I feel stuck Lisa asks questions that open up my mind to new possibilities and more effective solutions. I feel like I know myself better after each phone call. Through our conversations, I am creating the personal and professional life I want. I am thankful beyond words for Lisa’s mentor coaching."

— Anne Kaufman Weaver, Coaching Connection

In what situations can a mentor-coach best assist me?

While mentor-coaching can benefit all coaching professionals, it is especially beneficial in the following situations:

Incorporating coaching into your current position:
I’m a manager who is incorporating a coaching approach with my team. I sometimes find business coaching techniques to be rather time-consuming, particularly when I must ask a lot of questions instead of just giving advice. How do I utilize a coaching approach that is both effective and efficient?”

Working with challenging clients:
I’m an external corporate coach, and my clients vary in terms of their motivation and commitment to working with me. How can I best engage the clients who are not as committed to business coaching techniques?”

Transitioning into coaching:
I’m transitioning from my former career to coaching, and I’m not feeling confident as a coach. As a matter of fact, I hesitate to introduce myself as a coach when I meet new people. I’m wondering how I will ever be successful as a coach.”

Walking your talk:
As a new coach, I sometimes feel a little phony coaching my clients toward greater fulfillment when I’m feeling dissatisfied with my own life. How can I overcome this so that I can focus on being the best coach I can be?”

How is mentor-coaching structured?

Coaching with Intention mentor-coaching services are structured in three ways:

Individual mentor-coaching: A one-on-one relationship designed to give you more personalized attention to meet your goals. Packages range from four to 12 months, either two or three meetings per month.

Duo mentor-coaching: A two-on-one relationship designed to give you the opportunity to experience mentor-coaching as both a client and an observer. With duo coaching, you’ll meet twice monthly with your mentor-coach. You’ll also have one individual mentor-coaching call per month.

Group mentor-coaching: This small group format is designed to focus on specific areas in your coaching with other coaches. Groups are structured to meet twice monthly. Learn more.

How do I decide between individual, duo and group mentor-coaching?

There are a number of factors to consider when selecting the option best for you, such as how you would benefit from hearing and observing the business coaching techniques of others, the need to keep your schedule flexible, your budget, and more.

Contact Lisa Kramer today for a complimentary consultation including a needs assessment to determine the best structure for you.
