"Working with Lisa in her mentor coaching group has made all the difference in the world to my emergence as a coach. I went from a "I'm not sure I can make the transition from being a therapist to being a coach" to "I AM a coach!" The group has been encouraging, full of resources, and exactly what I needed to keep me on track. I have learned so much! Lisa's gentle, yet powerful, questioning has guided me through my transition and has encouraged my confidence as well as provided a wonderful role model for what I would describe as an excellent coach."

"In only three sessions with my Coaching Mastery group, I increased my 'coaching confidence' 10-fold, and my clients have noticed the difference! The group, guided by Lisa Kramer's masterful facilitation and spot-on questioning, is a forum to test my coaching approaches, flex my strengths, strategize with other coaches, and have my blind spots gently revealed to me. I've made a huge leap into being a more daring, creative, relaxed and genuine coach and because of that, my clients have made leaps too."

The decision to work for yourself is both exciting and terrifying! It is often accompanied by a belief that success means working long, arduous hours for at least the first two or three years. And doing it all alone! The result is burn-out and questioning if this is the right path after all. This group challenges those beliefs and offers participants a combination of personal coaching and mentoring. The outcome is clarity about what a fulfilling coaching career means to you and how to enjoy the process of achieving it!
"I have worked with Lisa for almost two years. I highly recommend her as a mentor coach! I always come away from our calls with more than I expected. Lisa’s unique ability to bring clarity and focus has helped me to develop my niche and build a successful business working with my ideal clients."
