What
is Coaching Mastery™?
Have
you ever experienced a coaching call that wasn’t quite
right? The conversation ended, and you asked yourself, “how
could I have handled that differently?” Some coaching
conversations require more effort. You are distracted by
something the client says or an event in your own life interferes
with your ability to be fully present. At other times you
are ‘in the zone’. Time stands still, and you
and your client connect on a deeper level. You are blissfully
reminded of why you chose this amazing profession.
Either
way, a masterful coach lives inside of you.
This
is a critical time for the coaching profession. Coaching
has attracted dynamic individuals, like you, eager to have
an impact on the world around them. At the same time, coaches
are dying on the vine. Why? You are challenged to make a
living. You may feel apprehensive about whether the profession
will survive---and prosper. And, you strive to maintain
your coaching edge---to stay on top of your game at all
times.
A
key element to ensure the survival of the coaching profession
is an abundance of masterful coaches. Masterful coaches
know what it takes to keep their coaching fresh and alive.
The result is that more clients benefit from great coaching.
And the profession gets the recognition it deserves.
Coaching
Mastery™ is an ongoing process of discovery and learning
about who we are as coaches and as human beings. The learning
comes from stepping back and examining our coaching relationships:
the timeless moments, the more challenging ones, and everything
in between. For each of us to become a masterful coach,
we must remain open to the infinite learning opportunities
we are given each time we answer the telephone or sit across
from a client.
Coaching
Mastery™ is a conscious choice to step into full self-expression
as authentic and creative beings. Coaching relationships
mirror our own lives. When we are ‘going for the gusto’
in life, our coaching feels alive, exciting, stimulating.
When our lives feel uninspired or bland, that too is reflected
in our coaching. A masterful coach stays awake to maintaining
the ‘edge’ and does not allow his/her coaching
to become stale.
Throughout
my career as a professional coach, I have been fortunate
to work with other coaches in various ways: mentor coaching,
leading teleclasses, and facilitating Coaching Mastery™
groups. I am fascinated by the wide-ranging themes that
emerge for coaches in their work with clients. Examples
of these themes include: boundaries; self-management; ethical
dilemmas; speaking the truth; and holding the client’s
agenda. Each one of us is unique, and one coach may feel
challenged by a particular client’s set of circumstances
while another may be crystal clear in a similar situation.
Through Coaching Mastery ™ coaches learn new tools,
exercises and empowering strategies to help them in seeing
their coaching blind spots---what gets in the way of their
coaching---and effective strategies to address them. The
outcome is greater awareness and clarity in your work---how
invigorating!

Here’s
what two participants had to say about their recent group
experience:
Spring,
2004 Level I participant: "As a newer coach,
the Coaching Mastery telegroup was an ideal complement to
my coach training. With expert facilitation and personal experience,
Lisa creates a safe and productive space for the group to
discuss challenges, explore possibilities, and create solutions.
In just 6 short weeks I was able to dramatically increase
my confidence as a coach and implement practical suggestions
to better attract and serve clients."
Paula Gregorowicz, http://www.thepaulagcompany.com
Winter
2004 Level II participant: “I have long
known Lisa Kramer to be a seasoned, caring, and effective
coach. I have also known her to be an engaging and enjoyable
teleclass leader. But now I know, perhaps, one of the more
important reasons that Lisa is here on the Planet. Lisa is
an incredibly sensitive and honoring "Master" of
the Coaching Mastery process. She brings coaches together
to explore the nature of the craft...she handles the coaching
situations as the art forms that they are...and she responds
quickly to the changing rhythms of the sessions. I highly
recommend her Coaching Mastery to everyone who is ready to
move deeper inside this artful and wonderful profession".

Business
Success Partnership™
Building a successful coaching business is a daunting task
for coaches who come to the profession as sole proprietors.
Coaches face the formidable challenge of having to do it all:
marketing, bookkeeping, business development, coaching. Working
independently, they often experience a persistent sense of
self-doubt and isolation which---at its worst--- can sabotage
their ability to successfully create a thriving business.
A Business Success Partnership™ (BSP) is a professional
relationship created by two self-employed individuals for
the sole purpose of ensuring that each individual’s
business becomes wildly successful! It replaces overwhelm
with synergy, and results in greater ease, momentum and enjoyment.
Come join BSP creators Lisa Kramer and Colleen Bracken for
a FREE telegathering to learn more about BSPs and to determine
if it is right for YOU!
